ScaleCommerce at a glance
It is not only Shopware that runs there: Magento, Sylius and OXID use the same infrastructure, as do supporting systems such as PIM or BI. For shops with several applications, that removes the need to coordinate between different providers.
Every shop gets its own redundant cluster configuration that developers can access too. On top of that comes the Best Practice Bundle with more than 20 preconfigured tools, from Redis to bot protection. Monitoring and support run around the clock, and hosting takes place in German data centres.
On pricing you have a choice: billing by number of orders for predictable costs, or the classic CPU model if you want to determine the capacity yourself. ScaleCommerce states that Shopware shops hosted there run considerably faster than on standard hosting thanks to the tuned setup; that figure comes from the provider and we have not measured it independently.
What we do for you
We take care of the Shopware side: setting up the environment, deployment processes, adapting caching and configuration to your setup. For a move we plan the switch including a trial run so that going live happens without downtime. You still have one contact who knows both sides.
