Customer communication and documents in one interface

GREYHOUND brings customer communication from email, phone, website chat, messengers, contact forms and marketplaces together in one interface and includes document management. Licensing is based on concurrently logged-in users, not on the accounts created.

This solution is shown here for orientation. It is obtained from GREYHOUND, not from our shop. As a GREYHOUND partner we advise you on licensing and connect GREYHOUND to your Shopware shop, among other things through our GREYHOUND Hello Chat plugin. GREYHOUND determines the price via a configurator; it depends on the number of licences, modules, storage and hosting. There is no list price.
