Shopware Evolve
Evolve includes all Rise features and, according to Shopware, adds Advanced Search, B2B Components, Dynamic Access, extended elements and rules for Shopping Experiences, the Publisher, and webhook actions in the Flow Builder. Support is available Monday to Friday from 7 am to 7 pm German time, responds within 4 hours and includes phone support.
According to Shopware, Evolve starts at €2,400 per month plus VAT. The exact price depends on GMV and other individual factors. Unlike Rise, Evolve is not booked in the Administration but through an offer from Shopware. If you would like to request an offer, please contact us.
Advanced Search is part of the Shopware Commercial extension and is included in Evolve and Beyond. It requires an OpenSearch server. In self-hosted shops, the connection is configured via environment variables, and Shopware Commercial version 5.5.0 or later must be installed and active.
For merchants who sell to business customers. The B2B Components map company purchasing in the shop, including managing the employees of a customer account, approval workflows for orders, and quick order and shopping lists. They are included from Evolve onwards.
Under Shopware's terms and conditions, compliance with the agreed GMV is reviewed once a year. If the actual value exceeds it by more than 5%, the fee is adjusted for the future; no back payments are charged. For contracts from 24 March 2025, a reporting extension remains installed in the shop to transmit the data.
