Artificial Intelligence with Shopware: Making AI Usable for Merchants

On September 25, 2025, Shopware launches the new AI Superstars Summit – a series of online webinars showing merchants how artificial intelligence (AI) can already advance their business today. Across a total of four thematic blocks, Shopware partners present hands-on solutions: from conversion optimization and personalized shopping experiences to fraud detection and strategic future-proofing.

Artificial intelligence (AI) is everywhere. Hardly any industry event, trade magazine, or headline goes without a reference to it. While abstract buzzwords like machine learning or generative AI float through many discussions, for merchants it's really about very concrete questions: How can AI help me rescue abandoned carts, prepare product data faster, or offer my customers a personalized shopping experience? In short: How does AI specifically help me in my day-to-day business? Merchants know this tension. They know that AI holds enormous potential, but between order management and returns, practical implementation tips have been lacking so far.

Shopware launches the AI Superstars Summit

To help here, Shopware launched the AI Superstars Summit. Instead of talking about possible visions of the future, a series of webinars shows how AI already works in Shopware today and what delivers real added value for merchants. "We believe in the Shopware AI Superstars Summit because it puts merchants at the center of the AI debate," says Stefan Hamann, Co-CEO of Shopware. "It's about showing real, practical solutions from our partners that help with growth and adaptation." With this, Shopware takes a clear position: AI must not remain theory, it must work in everyday life.

Unlike long-term initiatives, the Shopware AI Superstars Summit focuses on the here and now. The various sessions deliver:

• Real-world examples that are immediately applicable.
• Inspiration from technology partners who already work successfully within the Shopware ecosystem.
• Answers to questions that occupy merchants in their everyday work.

With this, Shopware offers exactly what many merchants have been missing so far: an understandable translation of AI into tangible, practical solutions. AI is more than a trend. It has long been a tool – if you know how to use it. With the AI Superstars Summit, Shopware now brings merchants exactly this knowledge closer.
